Pinot Rosé
Wine
Bream Creek Pinot Rosé draws on a single patch of estate vines at Marion Bay in Tasmania. Grown on a south facing slope, the fruit receives less sunlight and retains higher natural acidity – ideal for rosé.
The wine, made using traditional methods, is inspired by the rosés of Provence in France. Pinot Noir fruit is handpicked, destemmed and crushed. After a short time on skins to develop its pink hue, the juice is fermented in tanks.
Salmon pink, Bream Creek Pinot Rosé is an easy drinking wine with red berry flavours and a crisp, dry finish. Made for immediate enjoyment.
